Verse #6

John 11:35

Jesus wept.

This is the shortest verse in the Bible. I think that in chapter 11 Lazarus dies. That's why Jesus cries.
Check out chapter 11 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John+11&version=NIV

Verse #5

1 Thessalonians 5:16

Rejoice always,

This is the (most likely) the second shortest verse.

Here is 17 and 18

pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; forth is is GOD's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Tomorrow I'll share the shortest verse in the Bible.

Crying is OKAY!!

As the title says Crying is OKAY!! Don't be afraid to cry, when necessary. Like it says in Inside out, crying is a great way to relax and get out all the bad stuff. I think I have made a discovery. I think that each of us cry for different reasons. Some people might cry because they are hurt on the inside, but others(like me) might cry because they are jealous. I'm pretty sure we all cry when we are physical hurt. Those are just two reasons someone might cry, you might cry fora different reason. Comment with why you cry.

Verse #4

Philippians 4:1

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stay true to the Lord. I love you and long to see you, dear friends, you are my joy and the crown I receive from my work.

In the book Philippians Paul is writing to the church in Philippi.

Job

So you people who don't go to church or haven't learned about Job here is a very brief summary, he was a man who loved GOD. Satan decided he wanted to test Job's faith in GOD. GOD said he couldn't hurt Job, but could test his faith. So Satan killed all of Job's animals, did I mention Job was extremely rich? Satan also killed all of Job's children and servants, and destroyed his house. Later, Job still loved GOD and Satan told GOD he only loved him because he was not hurt, so GOD said that Satan could hurt Job but not kill him. So he did. Job got awful blisters all over his skin but he never lost hope in GOD. Unlucky for Job his wife had, and she left him. He had fasted and prayed to GOD for several days with his friends then his friends kind-of told him that if they would have been in his shoes they would have lost faith in GOD, and then Job told them to leave and prayed some more, then GOD answered his prayers and gave Job twice as much as he had had before. That story tells you that you should never give up your faith in GOD and never stop loving him.

I've share this story with you because if your a teen/pre-teen you know that your parents might be mean sometimes, but that is Satan being a pesky, and it's not your parents being mean. It might seen like every one is against you but think about how Job felt loosing everything? If you believe, have faith, and rejoice in GOD always, let me say it again: REJOICE!! (Philippians 4:4)

Verse #3

Hebrews 12:1

"Therefor we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, lets throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,"

Surround yourself with people who are also witnesses of GOD. Don't surround yourself with people who make wrong chooses and try to knock people down. Surround yourself with people who raise others up and help those in need.

Forgiveness

I'm sorry for not posting for a while, I hope you forgive me. Which brings me to my next post. FORGIVENESS!! So another way to witness GOD is to forgive someone or something or even GOD for something from your past. Like say, for instance, you needed to get new shoes for P.E. but your dad got laid off and couldn't buy you new shoes so you blamed your dad's boss. Then, to add to that conflict, your dad tried to get another job but he couldn't so your family prayed but GOD didn't answer in a way your family thought so then you got angry at GOD. If you are in a sticky situation like this then it would be a good time to stop and forgive. There are many ways to forgive. One is to pray. Another way is to upright confront the person you are angry at and tell them that you forgive them for what they have done. Sometimes it is good to remind them if you do go that way. There is no right or wrong way to forgive. You could do random, and I mean random-ist, acts of kindness or friendliness. So to end this post I just want to tell you that if you comment with a problem that you don't know how to solve, or you just need extra support I will pray for you. You don't even need to put your problem just put your name or just say "I need prayer" and I'll pray for you. Please comment.
